Mike is excited to join the B&A team as he is extremely enthusiastic about the restaurant and hospitality industries and is dedicated to providing quality service. At an early age, Mike demonstrated a passion for the culinary arts by preparing meals for his family and he began his food service career while attending high school. Mike pursued his passion for culinary arts while attending Johnson & Wales University in Charlotte, North Carolina. Throughout school and after graduation Mike worked his way up the chain to a Sous Chef position at a premier restaurant, Liquid Assets, in Ocean City, Maryland. In his hometown, Mike then became the General Manager and Executive Chef at Savory Deli and Market, a high-volume deli in Fallston, Maryland. To expand his portfolio and education, Mike enrolled into Syracuse University’s Master of Business Program. Mike looks forward to bringing his passion for the culinary arts, kitchen experience, and business and leadership skills to the B&A Team to provide the best customer service while building quality relationships.
